K2 GOLF is constantly taking feedback from the simulator community in order to improve our products. The goal is to create a tee that lasts and even though an unbreakable tee might not be possible, that is what we strive for. As our design evolves we will have a surplus of the previous design. The GEN 2 Tee was designed to reinforce a weak point where the tether point connected to the base cone. The GEN 2 design nearly eliminated any breaks at that part of the tee. We've sold tens of thousands of this tee that is a stand alone #2 tee, but also doubles as the base for all the tees that have an adjustable shaft #3 - #X). Now that the GEN 3 #2 tees have been released, you can pick up the GEN 2 in bulk for pennies. You can use these as spare parts with any tees you currently have just by replacing the #2 base of your tees that may have worn over time.
